Fruit smoothies
You can mix one or more super foods with a ready-made or homemade fruit smoothie.

You can mix one or more super foods with milk, soy milk, rice milk or nut milk like almond milk. You can add a piece of fruit, banana or some dried Purasana super fruit berries and mix these in for 45 - 60 seconds. If desired, you can add honey, agave syrup, stevia or coconut blossom sugar.

Experiment and be creative until you have some favorite super food smoothies that you have compiled of which you like the taste and furthermore also fit the needs of your body.

Always mix enough milk, soy milk, rice milk, nut milk, juice with the chosen super food powder until you obtain a liquid or smooth mass as a super food smoothie.

Remember to drink plenty of water during the day, to enjoy the purifying effect of certain super foods (all the green ones).

Mix with Super Fruit
Frequently mix Purasana super fruit berries in your super food smoothies. Try soaking  Purasana ultra mix berries in water overnight and mix them together with the super foods in the morning.
Available Purasana Super Fruit berries: goji berries, blueberries, strawberries, cranberries, white mulberries, golden berries (Physalis) and Ultramix (this is a mix of goji berries, cranberries and white mulberries).

Energy Blast morning power green smoothie

1 banana
1 apple with peel
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1/2 lemon
2-4 pitted dates
100-300g fresh spinach
1 tablespoon Superfood Maca Powder
1 tbsp hemp Superfood Powder
1 tbsp Green Superfood Powder Mix
Approximately 600 ml of water

Put all ingredients in a blender Powerful and fill with water.

Chia Fresca
2 tsp chia seeds
300ml water
Juice of one lemon, lime or orange
Coconut blossom sugar, agave thick juice or honey to taste
All ingredients mix and enjoy.

Goji lemonade
A glass of water and a handful of goji berries. This water for a few minutes, then sieve. Add to Gojibeeren water the juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup. ready

Hemp Drink
2 handfuls of hemp seeds / powder or 1 handful of peeled Hanfsamenzum Cuties: about 1 tablespoon agave syrup

(Whole hemp seeds in water 8 hours soaking)
Hemp seed puree in a blender with the water, press off when using whole hemp seed the mixture through a cloth.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly enjoy.)

1 handful of strawberries
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of raspberries
1 handful of currants
1 teaspoon Super Food Acai Berry Powder
1/4 teaspoon Super Food coconut blossom sugar
Approximately 400 ml of water
Combine all ingredients in the blender and mix well.

4 cups fresh basil leaves
3 cups of cedar nuts
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
some sea salt
Ground black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency has. Use as a sauce for pasta, salads, as a dip and spread.
