COCOA Organic raw food chocolate is made from raw, unroasted cocoa beans. The cocoa beans are carefully milled and conched for 45 hours in a temperature of 45 ° C for over 60 hours. Thanks to this gentle method, many healthy nutrients and the high content of antioxidants are retained. COCOA raw food chocolates do not contain milk or their derivatives, such as lecithin, gluten, preservatives, flavorings and other "enhancers". They are sweetened with coconut blossom sugar, which gives the chocolate the sweetness and a light caramel flavor. Coconut blossom sugar is also suitable as a natural sweetener because it has a low glycemic index (GI 35). All ingredients are certified organic.
